Southwick Park has a large range of sports facilities including a glass back squash court, 2 stone squash courts, a spinning studio with 15 bikes and a large sports hall suitable for sports such as basketball, 5-a-side football, badminton, indoor cricket and circuit training. External pitches include a full-size rugby pitch, 2 full-size football pitches, astroturf suitable for either football or hockey, a cricket strip and an outdoor pavilion.
