This retired airfield site is located four miles west of the market town of Fakenham in north Norfolk and is ideal for model aircraft flying and motor events. An excellent adjunct to the main Stanford Training Area it offers training options seldom available elsewhere. There are a few assorted buildings and the wide range of track-way, hard standing and the second longest runway in Europe which is 1.69 miles long and 100 yards wide and is concrete.
