RAF Linton-on-Ouse ia a Large airfield surrounded by fields and woodland with many original features and buildings dating back to before World War Two. There are several hangars, an extensive range of service accommodation, varying from modern married quarters to the sergeant and junior ranks barracks. The Station has two main runways and a single, disused runway.
